• right to erase the data: the Customer/User has the right of erasure of personal data concerning him/her without undue delay and the Managing Entity has the obligation to erase the personal data without undue delay, when one of the following grounds applies:
  1. the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or processed;
  2. the Customer/User withdraws consent on which the processing is based (where the processing is based on consent) and where there is no other ground for the processing;
  3. the data subject objects to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing
• right to restriction of the data processing: the Customer/User has the right to restrict the processing of the respective personal data, namely where one of the following situations applies:

1. if the accuracy of the personal data is contested, during a period that allows CASAVERO REALTORS LDA. to verify the accuracy of the personal data;
2. if the processing is unlawful and the Customer/User opposes the erasure of the personal data but requests the restriction of their use instead;
3. if CASAVERO REALTORS LDA. no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but they are required by the Customer/User for the declaration, exercise or defence of legal claims;
4. if the Customer/User has objected to processing, pending the verification of whether the legitimate grounds of CASAVERO REALTORS LDA. override those of the data subject

• right to data portability: if processing depends on the consent of the data subject and this consent has been provided to the managing entity through automated means, the data subject is entitled to receive the personal data he/she supplied to CASAVERO REALTORS LDA. in a structured, machine-readable format
